Good question! The lead time for delivery depends on the product you ordered. Our products are both made here in Sydney, Australia and sourced from all over the world. One of our main objectives is to offer high quality, affordable products that are unique and fun and in order to keep costs down, some of these products are supplied by 'dropshipping method'. This means they are shipped directly from our Australian and overseas suppliers straight to your door instead of via us. This can lead to longer lead times unfortunately, but it is well worth the wait to keep those extra dollars in your pocket. This can also mean that the product won't have our Green Space Obsession branding when it arrives in the mail. Don't fret though, we have sampled all our dropshipped products and work with our suppliers to ensure the highest quality is maintained.

Sometimes things happen right? If your product arrives broken or faulty, please contact us straight away & send us a photo of the damaged goods. If applicable, we accept returns for 2 weeks after delivery. A refund will be processed after we receive the product back. No returns or refunds will be accepted for 'change of mind'. 

Unfortunately not. We would love to be able to accept returns or issue you a refund if your plant dies but there are just too many variables and it would be impossible to determine the cause of death. We do make a promise to all our customers that the plants are healthy and pest free when they first get to you. If you need some advise or care tips, you can contact us any time.
